Yami Gautam, a television actress made her debut in
Bollywood film with Vicky donor. She has been already worked in Kannada,
Malayalam, Telugu and Punjabi films, but she acquaired a reputation as best
actress only after Vicky donor. Now the actress is making her debut in
Kollywood movie Gauravam. Regarding this movie Yami stated that it’s an honor
to be the part of this film and she was given a fantastic role.
Gauravam is the upcoming Tamil film directed by Radha Mohan.
Prakash Raj and his duet movies announced about their next project recently.
Radha Mohan gave hit movies like Azhagiya Theeye, Ponniyin Selvan, Mozhi,
Abhiyum Naanum and Payanam teaming up under this banner. Now the duo is going
to team up again to give a bilingual project Gauravam.
Gauravam will be filmed in Tamil and Telugu languages. So the
film makers searched for an actress who had acted atleast in one of the
languages. They zeroed on Yami Gautam after watching her performance in Vicky donor.
Yami Gautam will suit this role and they approached her. Yami also accepted to
work in this movie since she heard about Radha Mohan. His films will have good
scope for heroines than the other films.
Gauravam is to be starred by Allu Sirish, Yami Gautam, Prakash
Raj and Nasser. Allu Sirish, who is a nephew of Telugu star Chiranjeevi is
making his debut as hero in this film. Allu Sirish has thanked the film makers
Radha Mohan and Prakash Raj for giving this great opportunity and having faith
on him. He added that he will work hard to prove himself as a best actor.
